Opportunities to be a part in changing and impacting lives are almost limitless. What is needed to make a difference in the lives of immigrant children and their families is YOU and your time. As little as 2 to 3 hours a month means that you are impacting lives for now and generations to come. You do not know what a difference you can make.

Volunteer Opportunties:

  • After-school program
    • Homework assistance on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
      • Time: 2:00-4:30 PM or 4:00-5:30 PM
      • Assisting elementary students with homework
      • Once or twice a week or once a month

  • Bible Club
    • Assist weekly or less often, such as once or twice a month

  • English Classes for Adults
    • Assist or lead a class for adults

  • Youth groups
    • Enrichment activities, wordays and outreaches

  • Church-wide work days and outreaches

View our schedule for a complete list of weekly programs and times. Volunteer opportunities are open to adults of all ages. High school students can also assist in tutoring and playing games with the children.

 

Miscellaneous Opportunities:

  • Social services & Friendship to Elderly Cambodians
    • Medical issues: transportation, phone calls, and forms completed
    • Provide social outing, a lunch at Wendy's or transportation to get a haircut

  • Office assistance
